I don't exactly know what the coordinate points are for the garden, but I think this may be it. Please let me know if the coordinate points are different, because I will be happy to help you. The coordinate points that are NOT labeled as an option, are (I think) the coordinate points for the garden. It makes a lovely square shaped garden. I did not specifically know if the wind gauge should be placed directly on an edge of the garden, or if it can be a little bit away from the edge, so I put three options. Feel free to select the one that you think is the best.
